Running is always more fun with 20,000 other running buddies, right? Well, here's my favorite person from the Savannah Rock N Roll Half Marathon: Lauren. We had a fun time running the first couple miles together...until a Port-A-Potty got in between us.
My finish time of 1:51 was less-than-exciting...but as I've been running through shin splints and plantar fasciitis, I've learned more and more that it's a total victory just to survive.
And as the picture shows, we both survived pretty well :).
hahaha ohhh Thanks Rachel!!! You are such an encouragement! I finally got to reading your blog...sorry it took me awhile to find it and then awhile to sit down and catch up with reading it! Your proposal made me teary eyed and so thankful that we can all rejoice with your joy and God's faithfulness. I love being your sister!
